Another Week, Another Challenge
Coming into this third week hasn’t been as interesting as the first two. Everything has become pretty routine. I don’t really have the cravings like I use to, but I do tend to get a little aggravated when I don’t eat my meals on time. Other than that, my weight loss was slow this week. I only lost about a pound which could have been caused by reaching my plateau.
Plateauing, which is when you hit your peak of weight loss, then the process of losing weight resumes within a day or week. In the end, I’m still holding strong and going to ride this out to the end.
